public class IEAdapterIOException

extends IEAdapterException

This exception is thrown due to the errors or malfunctions resulting from the input and output between your adapter and the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), or application servers; or between your adapter and the Info*Engine server. You should always pass the EIS exceptions along with your newly created IEAdapterIOException and throw it to let the front-end application to decide what action to take with the exceptions from the EIS or application servers.
