wt.federation	The federation service (wt.federation package) provides functionality to create and manage proxy objects of remote systems and perform utility functions supporting the federation system.
wt.part	Defines WTParts and WTPartMasters ( the fundamental enterprise objects used to represent product structures composed of assemblies and components), WTPartUsageLink and WTPartConfigSpec (used to build the structures of parts and select the correct versions of parts from the structures) and the WTPartService to manage these parts.
