public class StateChangeEvent

extends ProjMgmtEvent

implements Externalizable

This class represents persistently change of state events. The states considered here are execution states (DEFINED, EXECUTING ...). A typical example would be the completion of a deliverable.

Use the newStateChangeEvent static factory method(s), not the StateChangeEvent constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
