BackgroundBlobRewriter	Reads all instances of all concrete persistables in the model registry, rewriting any blobs or smallblobs whose contains externalizable Java object changed class schema layout when read.
BackgroundBlobRewriter.Server	Accepts lightweight service requests in the MethodServer and delegates the work to static methods on the containing class.
