The AccessPolicyRule class represents access policy rules. The rules are of the type: 'if condition then result', where the condition is a pair [persistence type identifier, state name] and the result is the set of entries (AclEntrySet) that are applicable to all objects of the specified type that happen to be in the specified state.

Use the newAccessPolicyRule static factory method(s), not the AccessPolicyRule constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
