wt.change2	Defines several reference implementations of change objects (including WTChangeRequest2, WTChangeIssue and WTChangeOrder2) that are all managed by ChangeService2, but the service interface is defined at a higher level of interfaces to change objects to allow replacing the reference implementations with customization of the interfaces.
wt.part	Defines WTParts and WTPartMasters ( the fundamental enterprise objects used to represent product structures composed of assemblies and components), WTPartUsageLink and WTPartConfigSpec (used to build the structures of parts and select the correct versions of parts from the structures) and the WTPartService to manage these parts.
