An IBA container constraint applies to all IBA values that belong to a given IBAHolder such as an EPM document or family instance.

Use the newEPMIBAContainerConstraint static factory method(s), not the EPMIBAContainerConstraint constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
