wt.access	The access control service is responsible for defining and enforcing access to business and system objects.
wt.annotation
wt.calendar	Uses the CalendarAccessProtocol and the CalendarService to provide iCalandar Access Protocol support.
wt.change2	Defines several reference implementations of change objects (including WTChangeRequest2, WTChangeIssue and WTChangeOrder2) that are all managed by ChangeService2, but the service interface is defined at a higher level of interfaces to change objects to allow replacing the reference implementations with customization of the interfaces.
