ProjectReference is a specialization of CachedObjectReference to provide type safe references and access to the name/identity attribute without instantiating the object.

Use the newProjectReference static factory method(s), not the ProjectReference constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
