public class OwnerChangeEvent

extends ProjMgmtEvent

implements Externalizable

OwnerChangeEvent represents persistently when an activity or deliverable changed owner. Each event stores references to both the new and old onwers.

Use the newOwnerChangeEvent static factory method(s), not the OwnerChangeEvent constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
